How long does an instant exchange take?

Once your return is posted, on average it takes 2-3 business days (metro areas) for your new size to be processed and delivered.

Can I exchange for a different style or colour?
Currently, our instant exchange process is dedicated to size exchanges of the same style. If you wish to swap for a different style or colour, please opt for a Store Credit or Refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

What happens if I don't drop off my return quickly?
If there is a delay in scanning your return and the item sells out in the meantime, our system will default to a refund or credit note (if eligible).

What happens if my item sells out before the exchange is processed?

Although rare, if an item sells out before your exchange is posted and processed, our team will reach out to you for a store credit or refund (if applicable).
