Earn points on all SIR. purchases via our online or retail stores. Loyalty points allow you to move up through the programme where you can access exclusive tiered benefits and rewards.
You will earn one point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. You can also earn additional points by completing activities that sit in your loyalty page.

Customers with existing accounts are automatically become a SIR. Loyalty member.
You will earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent online and in our SIR stores excluding the value of any shipping, tax or duty fees associated with your order. You can also earn additional points by completing activities that sit in your loyalty page.
Points are issued 21 days after placing your order and any returned items will result in points deducted. Points cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases.

SIR. Loyalty points allow you to progress through the tiers of our loyalty program and receive access to exclusive tiered benefits and rewards.
Returned items will not accrue points, points are issued 21 days after the order date. Any cancelled orders will not accrue points.
Your tier status is reviewed and refreshed 12 months from the date of your account being created. Within this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to earn enough points to remain in the tier for another year, or even move up a tier. You can track your expiry date on your account dashboard and you will be notified 30 days before your points are due to expire.

If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you moved to the next tier.
If you do not accrue the minimum points for your tier within 12 months, your status will downgrade to the below tier.
When your tier upgrades this means you have earned enough points in the last 12 months to qualify for the next tier.
Your tier for the next 12 months depends on the number of points you have earned by the date of your tier expiry. If you’ve moved down a tier, it is because you haven’t met the qualifying point total by your tier expiry date.
Our loyalty rewards are our way of rewarding you for your loyalty to SIR. Every year we’ll choose bespoke rewards we think you’ll love, from an experience to an exclusive offer or a gift.

To get you started, we have applied the last 3 months of your purchases (up until 20th October) in loyalty points. Simply login to your existing account or create an account with your purchase email to view your balance.
