SAME DAY SERVICE

We offer a same day shipping service to customers located in the Sydney metro area. If your address is valid to select our same day service it will appear as an option in the checkout.

Cut off for same day shipping is 12pm and orders will be delivered same day before 5pm. If you place your order with same day shipping after 12pm, it will be scheduled for delivery next business day. 

If you are unreachable at your delivery address there will be an additional charge for redelivery.  

METRO & RURAL AREAS

Our delivery timeframes are based off your location from our warehouse in Sydney. Metro cities across Australia are an overnight delivery excluding Adelaide and Perth which usually take 2-6 business days. Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 3-7 business days.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email or from your online SIR account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.

DUTIES & TAXES

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

GIFT WRAPPING & MESSAGE

SIR. offers signature gift wrapping at checkout which can be added to your order for $10 AUD. Wrapping includes box, tissue paper, SIR sticker wrapped in a ribbon, personal note can also be added on a handwritten printed SIR. card.

If you require presents to be separately wrapped we require you to place separate orders. 

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.

CLICK AND COLLECT

Click & Collect is available for online purchases from the SIR. Rosebery head office.

If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, this will appear at the checkout when completing your purchase.

Orders placed before 12pm can be picked up on the same day between 2-4pm. If your order is placed after 12pm, it can be picked up the next day.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
