DELIVERY – AUSTRALIA
- All orders placed prior to 2pm AEST on a business day will be dispatched same day.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or after 2pm will be dispatched next business day.
- During holiday and sale periods high demand can sometimes cause unexpected delays. In these circumstances we will endeavour to express out your piece as soon as possible, how ever please note processing may take an additional day.
- We will endeavour to do our best in expressing out your pieces, how ever please note during periods of exgtreme high demand, delivery times can take an additional business day.
- Please ensure delivery details are correct as once it leaves our facility we are unable to intercept it.
- Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.
- We use Australia Post Express service, with deliveries occurring between 8am – 6pm Monday through to Friday, with all parcels requiring a signature in delivery.
- In the circumstance an authorised person is not there to sign for it, a card will be left that will allow collection at your Local Post Office.
- Australia Post ensures deliveries to Australian addresses will take from 1-5 business days. For most Australian metropolitan areas overnight express in ensured.
- Orders over $300 will receive complimentary express shipping.
- Orders below $300 a flat rate of $10 will be charged for Express
DELIVERY – INTERNATIONAL
- SIR delivers internationally using DHL Express service for a flat rate of $25 for New Zealand customers and $35 for all other international locations.
- This excludes Israel and Dubai in which postage is charged at $60.
- This service ensures a 1-7 business day delivery window, dependant on the locality.
- In some circumstances the receiver may be required by their countries customs regulations and government policies to pay duties and tax’s, this is the responsibility of the receiver.
- International postage will not be refunded if the customer wishes to return their order.
- Exchanges are not offered for international purchases only credit notes and refunds.
- Shipping to the following locations is also currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Korea, Algeria, Iran, Israel, Pakistan, Syria and Russia.
- Returns will only be accepted where by the item is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- It is vital a copy of the original invoice is included or printed email correspondence, to ensure your return is accurately identified.
- Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- In order for return authorisation to be complete, the customer must email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the returns address and correct information.
- Refunds are not offered for Flash Sale, Discount Offers or Sale Items.
- Refunds are strictly not offered for purchases made using AfterPay. We are separate entities, all sales made via AfterPay are final.
- In the event a return does not meet the set standards, SIR reserves the right to reject the return.
- Store credits are only valid for 6 months upon issue.
- Postage costs will be covered under the circumstance the garment is faulty or from an error on our behalf. Please note the maximum coverage provided is $25.
- Refunds and replacements will be issued for manufacturing faults, how ever please note this does not include general wear and tear.
- Please email email@example.com if you believe your garment is faulty.
- In the circumstance the garment is deemed faulty, we require the original piece to be returned in order to issue a replacement or refund.
- All SIR packages are gift wrapped in tissue paper and SIR box.
- If you wish to include a personal note, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order.
I WANT IT NOW
- We offer a same day delivery service on Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm for Sydney Metropolitan Areas.
- Please refer to our postage options for further details.
- In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store.
- In the case a sold out item is purchased you will be notified via email as soon as the issue is brought to our attention and given a refund or preferred resolution.

- A PRE ORDER is a product that will be available in the future, as per the date in the description.
- Orders that contain a combination of PRE ORDER and available now goods will be shipped separately, with the other order being shipped in conjunction with its PRE ORDER date. No Additional postage cost will be incurred in these circumstances.
