ABOUT THE ROLE
Temporary Casual Role | September 1st - 6thMust be available for 3 full days during this period
At SIR, our Casual Assistants are vital to our business. As a member of our retail event team, you will welcome customers and immerse them in the SIR. experience, work proactively, drive sales, and maintain our SIR visual merchandising standards. You will also serve as a brand ambassador, always embodying our company’s values. This role requires close collaboration with our Management staff and availability to work during September 1st - 6th.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a professional, welcoming demeanour and presentation
- Exhibit impeccable attention to detail
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate knowledge of luxury fashion and confidence in styling
- Possess excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers
