New South Wales - Retail Cluster Manager (Multi Site Role)
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Retail Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and team leadership of multiple retail stores within a defined cluster. This role is pivotal in delivering commercial success through the achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Cluster Manager will lead Assistant Store Managers and their teams to drive KPIs, enhance employee engagement, and maintain brand standards consistently across locations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and support 2–3 store locations, ensuring consistent operational and service excellence.
- Drive performance across all stores by tracking and exceeding key KPIs (sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, inventory, etc.).
- Mentor, develop, and motivate Assistant Store Managers and their teams to achieve team goals.
- Identify training needs and deliver coaching plans that improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and operational procedures.
- Act as the key liaison between stores and area leadership, providing insights, feedback, and action plans.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven experience in multi-site retail management or a strong Store Manager ready for the next step.
- A passion for team development, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving KPIs and delivering sales growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across locations with strong time management and organisation.
