Melbourne Residency - Store Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are thrilled to announce that SIR the label is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our residency in Armadale. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in a similar premium or luxury brand, with a strong background in customer service and clientele engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report to the Head of Retail and communicate feedback to directors and head office staff.
- Demonstrate leadership with energy, positivity, and outstanding communication skills.
- Drive store KPIs, sales targets, stock management, customer database growth, and key metrics.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards for our SIR the label clients.
- Analyze product reports to maximize and identify opportunities.
- Ensure daily store operations run smoothly, including financial management and store reporting.
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers.
- Oversee daily operations and employee management.
- Ensure staff adherence to company practices and procedures.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate staff, creating a safe and encouraging workplace.
- Execute monthly rostering while meeting wage targets.
- Coordinate stock movements, replenishments, and consolidations.
- Manage store stocktakes and stock loss investigations.
- Implement weekly/fortnightly visual merchandising changes as directed by the Head of Retail.
- Maintain high personal and store presentation standards.
- Consistently engage with the Head of Retail, Operations, and Design teams to understand the product range and seasonal drops.
- Hold monthly staff meetings to update the team on company information, product knowledge, and seasonal drops.
- Manage VIP events and propose new in-store event ideas.
- Grow and manage the VIP customer database, developing the team to build strong client relationships.
- Develop store strategies to exceed targets and budgets.
