Casual Retail Sales Assistant - SIR. Bondi Flagship

ABOUT THE ROLE

At SIR, our Casual Stylists are vital to our business. As a member of our team, you will welcome customers and immerse them in the SIR. experience, drive sales, achieve KPIs, and maintain our SIR store visual merchandising standards. You will also serve as a brand ambassador, always embodying our company’s values. This role requires close collaboration with our Retail Manager and availability to work during the week and weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Passionately tell the brand story and share product knowledge
• Maintain a professional, welcoming demeanour and presentation
• Achieve KPI results consistently
• Exhibit impeccable attention to detail
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate knowledge of luxury fashion and confidence in styling
• Possess excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers
