James St Store - Assistant Manager
Join our team at the James St Store as an Assistant Store Manager! We're seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for SIR the label and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury brand.
As the Assistant Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Store Manager to create exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and uphold our brand ethos. With your strong leadership skills, you'll motivate and inspire our team while fostering a positive and committed work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales targets and exceed KPIs by leading and supporting your team
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
- Provide feedback, training, and guidance to retail staff
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and incorporate SIR staff training for exceptional service
- Assist in store administration, financial management, and reporting
- Act as the acting manager in the absence of the Store Manager
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on sales growth, customer events, and store updates
- Effectively communicate store issues, concerns, and needs to the Store Manager
- Regularly communicate sales targets to the team
