SAME DAY SERVICE

We offer 3-hour and same day shipping to customers located in the Sydney metro area, with delivery starting at $15. If your postcode is eligible for same day shipping, the option will appear at checkout with a delivery price based on your location. Sydney same day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am AEDT each business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For orders placed after 11am, your delivery will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day. 

Please make sure you are available to receive your package as we cannot leave it unattended. There will be an additional charge for redelivery.

All same day orders are delivered by Rendr. 

CLICK AND COLLECT

Complimentary Click & Collect is available for online purchases from the SIR. Rosebery head office, SIR. Bondi store, SIR. Claremont store and SIR. James Street store.

If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, this will appear at the checkout under 'pick up' when completing your purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed via Express and Standard shipping will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 1pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 1pm AEST. Orders placed via Startrack will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 10am AEST or the next business day if placed after 10am AEST.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email or from your online SIR account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at customercare@sirthelabel.com.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.

GIFT WRAPPING & MESSAGE

SIR. offers signature gift wrapping at checkout which can be added to your order for $10 AUD. Wrapping includes a signature SIR. gift box, tissue paper, SIR. sticker wrapped in a ribbon and a personal note can also be added on a handwritten printed SIR. card.

If you require presents to be separately wrapped we require you to place separate orders.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

We ship orders to New Zealand using DHL International Express. For orders under NZD $1000, SIR will collect 15% GST at checkout on behalf of New Zealand customs. No duties, import transaction fees or GST will be collected with the arrival of your package into New Zealand.

For orders over NZD $1000, duties, any duties or GST will be calculated and collected at checkout so there are no hidden surprises when your parcel arrives.
