Office Manager and Operations Support Assistant

Clothing is globally distributed through its online platform ( along with a number of leading international wholesalers. Offices are located in Rosebery, Sydney with the team consisting of cofounders/creative directors (Nikki Campbell & Sophie Coote) and teams in online, design, wholesale, retail, and logistics.

SIR. has garnered international acclaim for its singular aesthetic centred on sustainable basics and distinct, minimalist yet feminine silhouettes. Neutral tones and delicate fabrics form the foundation of the SIR offering, punctuated by thoughtful feminine details designed to complement the body.

We are seeking a high-energy, can-do individual to assist our team of approximately 40 professionals at our Head Office in Rosebery. This role involves varied support tasks, including office management and aiding each of SIR.’s teams in achieving their operational goals.

The position provides a unique insight into the workings of a design-led fashion business and offers opportunities to build relationships with industry professionals. As a motivated and mature self-starter, you will help foster a happy and organized working environment within our friendly and supportive office culture. You should have a genuine interest in our work and a positive, helpful attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, along with a cheerful demeanour.

Occasionally, you will work directly with the founders and senior members of the business. You will be responsible for various tasks, including managing reception, handling day-to-day office needs, coordinating travel and expenses, supporting the Operations and Client Engagement teams, and organizing social activities.





Front of House:

  • Greeting visitors, answering the phone, organizing couriers/mail, monitoring email inboxes



  • Maintaining the SIR. building and overseeing the office:
    • Managing/organizing office maintenance, trades, repairs, including equipment (e.g., printer, coffee machine)
    • Ordering and maintaining all office supplies
    • Monitoring and managing office cleanliness and working with cleaning staff to ensure an aspirational workspace


Business / Operations Support:

  • Assisting the General Manager, Digital, Design, Production, and Operations teams as needed
  • Actioning and monitoring/managing SIR. email inboxes
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks such as sourcing furniture, counter-quoting, and research
  • Assisting with project management, warehouse sale execution, shipping and logistics, and customer care
  • Assisting the design and content teams with sample management



  • Managing staffing, including permanent and freelance employees
  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, and induction
  • Managing employee leave
  • Reviewing, approving, and managing timesheets
  • Scheduling performance reviews



  • Facilitating all credit card and petty cash purchases
  • Ensuring all office/business-related costs are reconciled and submitted promptly


Travel, Photoshoots and Content Creation:

  • Managing all travel requests, bookings, and itineraries
  • Assisting content teams in planning and executing photoshoots
  • Assist content and brand team on ad-hoc basis capturing content for various social media channels



  • Coordinating SIR. social and work-related events
  • Inspiring and encouraging a positive team culture


IT Support Liaison:

  • Liaising with IT Support for technology-related matters:
    • Managing servers, internet, and phones
    • Overseeing hardware and software tools
    • Troubleshooting tickets and issues with the team





  • 1-3+ years’ experience in a similar role; interest and experience in Fashion, Digital Marketing, or HR is advantageous
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and numerical skills (demonstrable with examples)
  • Extremely well-organized with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage priorities
  • Exceptional eye for detail – understanding that the small stuff matters
  • Collaborative and eager to contribute to office culture and organizational development
  • Maturity, discretion, confidence, and flexibility to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal staff at all levels (including senior leadership)
  • Ability to anticipate office needs, identify, and solve problems
  • Fast learner, hard-working, and hands-on
  • Professional, fun, bubbly, friendly, and self-starting
