Digital Advertising Specialist


  • Executing, implementation and opimisation of Google Search, Display and shopping ads placements, YouTube, Retargeting and Facebook Ads strategies
  • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimising for conversions and KPIs
  • Campaign creation, keyword research & budget management
  • Audience and competitive research
  • Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a weekly basis
  • Understanding and implementation of Tag Manager
  • Channel attribution reporting on a weekly and monthly basis. Adjust strategy and budget on based off ROI
  • Implementation and management of a channel attribution dashboard
  • Setting up and implementing conversion tracking on every level possible to track conversions
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, striving to improve design, strategy and results based off findings. Setting goals for each campaign.
  • Assist with evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Manage lead generation campaigns though digital affiliate channels
  • Maximise affiliate networks such as Rakuten or any other affiliate partners
  • Perform digital advertising audits



  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into advertising implications and actions
  • Have very strong digital and social advertising experience (essential)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and affiliate platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Rakuten etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
  • You have expert understanding of the digital advertising landscape and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Be highly organised, flexible and able to respond quickly and efficiently to the changing needs of a campaign that has a fast response requirements
  • Be a team player and enjoy working in fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Have strong communication skills



  • Have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience managing social and digital creative strategy development, creation and implementation of content plans and creative production development
  • Minimum of 3 years of Google Ads account management experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facebook Business Manager
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing lead generation campaigns and experience in affiliate marketing
  • Bidding strategy and moving budget
  • Understanding and implementation of Tag Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Rakuten
  • Campaign creation, keyword research & budget management



  • 4-5 years' experience in a similar role or position – either in-house or agency-side
  • Google Ads Certification required
  • Facebook Blueprint certification preferred
